community lunches
We host a community lunch at the church, once a month on a Wednesday, starting at 12:30 pm.
We invite guests from our neighbourhood who would enjoy a two-course meal with tea, coffee, and mints, all in the company of others. These lunches typically take place on the third Wednesday of each month.
We ask for a donation to help cover the meal costs, but please don’t let that discourage you from joining us if you would like to attend.
Hayes Community food bank
A basket has been placed at the back of the church for food donations to the Hayes Community Food Bank. Every item you contribute truly makes a difference!
You can also make financial donations through our treasurer, either by cash or by writing cheques payable to “Hayes Community Food Bank.” Alternatively, we can provide the Food Bank’s bank details for direct transfers.
In addition to food donations, each week, volunteers go shopping to ensure that supported families receive the items they need.

Painting Group
Are you looking to explore your creative side?
Age Concern's painting group might just be what you're looking for.
With a friendly atmosphere and an opportunity to create art while enjoying the company of others.
The group has been meeting since 2000. Led by Diana Knights since 2002, the group is now a regular activity of the Coney Hill Baptist Church at Hayes Village Hall.

You don't have to worry about wearing fancy clothes here, in fact, it's encouraged to wear something comfortable that you won't mind getting a bit messy in.
Messy Church is all about exploring your faith in a hands-on and interactive way, so get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive right in!
It's held each month in Hayes Village Hall and we would love for you to join us.
