Last week saw Carwyn, CEO of Hope Health Action, go to Windsor castle to receive his MBE from the Prince of Wales.

A few of us went to the Warren last weekend to celebrate the work of the Hayes Food Bank, as one of the 18 projects in Bromley, connected to this church based initiative.
